Prohibited goods

The item shown is prohibited on this site. Advertising and purchasing these items are both forbidden. We will ban any advertiser who posts such items, as well as anyone who interacts with them via private messages or replies. Please note that there will be no warning before a ban, and the ban is final and not subject to appeal.

The prohibited items are:

• All goods are prohibited according to the laws of the State of Sudan.
• Installment plans and banking products. These goods are prohibited even if they are considered legitimate.
• Medicines, medical products, and health supplies are prohibited, even if permitted by the Ministry of Health regulations or recommended by the Ministry.
• Network marketing. Any type of network marketing, regardless of its nature, form, or method, is strictly prohibited.
• Weapons, including stun guns, pistols, machine guns, personal protection weapons and their accessories, even if they are licensed.
• Sexual products in all their forms and types.
• Stocks, portfolio management, currencies, their marketing, and everything related to that.
• Laser devices and spying and eavesdropping equipment.
• Websites, forums, electronic services, emails, and the sale of memberships and software.
• Selling any free item. Examples include emails, Twitter and Instagram accounts, etc.
• Goods that infringe on intellectual property rights, for example, pirated software and pirated movies.
• Energy bracelets

Prohibited advertisements

The following list contains most of the advertising methods and techniques prohibited on the site:

• All advertisements that are not related to buying and selling
• Posting topics on the site.
• This advertisement is for submitting suggestions or discussing issues with the site administration. Advertisements are for buying and selling only. Adding advertisements for site improvement suggestions in the featured sections harms advertisers' listings on the site. The best way to submit a suggestion or complaint is to contact us via the contact form.
• The advertisement lacks complete details.
• Poor quality advertisement.
• Poor communication from advertisers with members interested in the advertised item. For example, an advertiser may advertise a car for sale but then fail to answer calls or respond to private messages.
• The advertisement is in the wrong section. For example, advertising a car for sale in the "Cars for Sale" section. Or advertising furniture for sale in the "Cars for Sale" section. Or advertising a Jeep Cherokee for sale in the "Ford" section.
• Adding an ad while you have another banned account is unacceptable. You must first discuss the ban with us before adding any new ads.
• Adding a picture that is not of the same item, if the item is a car, even if it is for the purpose of clarification.
• Adding images of a different item than the one being advertised. For example, an advertiser might advertise a used mobile phone for sale and then display a picture of another used phone of the same type.
• Any advertisement that contains any reference to racism in any form...
• Any advertisement containing false information, whether intentional or unintentional, is considered a violation. For example, an advertiser might claim a car has never been in an accident, only to later discover it was. Advertisers should only include information about their products that they are absolutely certain of.
• Adding an advertisement with the intent to defame. If you have a complaint against one of our advertisers, please contact us and explain the issue. If you have a problem with an entity unrelated to us, please file your complaint with the appropriate authority.
• Adding an ad title that doesn't match the ad content. For example, an advertiser might write "Camry 2011" in the title, but then advertise a "Camry 2011 Wanted" ad. When a visitor sees the title, they might think there's a sale for a 2011 Camry.
• Copying an advertisement for another advertiser or part of it.
• General advertisements that don't specify the item are inappropriate, such as an advertisement titled "We have land for sale" or "Our showroom has cars for sale." The correct way to advertise is to specify the item itself, for example, "We have land for sale, size [insert size here], in [insert neighborhood here] in Riyadh," or "We have a car, model [insert model here]."
• Donation and assistance requests are prohibited. The state's regulations prevent donations and charitable work outside the designated legal framework.
• Advertisements for contributions and subscriptions.
• Begging and assisting trespassers. We ban members who assist trespassers on the site.
• Requesting favors and assistance, whether legitimate or illegitimate. This site is for goods only.
• Advertisements that contain abuse of power.
• The announcement is in the replies.
